Catsitting service location:
South-West London and within 5 miles from the area, in the cat/cats own home/environment. This catsitting service does not act and provide cat hotel type of services.
Please note that the catsitter is not a driver and it is in your cat's care benefit if location is within a reasonable commute distance. If it is not, it is better to seek another catsitter closer to you.
In case you still want to benefit from this catsitting service and there are unforseen circumstances to prevent it (example: public transport strikes or any unaccessability of the property due to external reasons), by filling the catsitting request form, you agree for the catsitter to try to overcome these in the best reasonable way possible (for example reaching your location by a taxi, seeeking for spare keys in case the provided pair does not work, etc.). The payment in such circumstances is provided by you upon presentation of receits by the catsitter.
A common exception: if you would like to book a catsitting service around the Christmas holidays, please note that there is no public transport on the 25th of December in London, so this day may only be covered by an additional payment for a taxi to and from your property location. Receits are presented accordingly.
Another exception for remote location catsitting services is if you book an overnight type of visits which is doable outside of the 5 miles South-West london area depending commute possibilities. However please note that these types of visits usually fit within 7 pm to 7 am time reference and if your location is quite remote that may take off your original catsitting time due to commute reasons and this is not really recommended for a good quality cat care, so please consider it through.
Types of visits:
The catsitting service provides 3 types of visits: a single visit per day, two visits per day (usually this is a morning and late afternon/evening visit, and overnight types of visit which last from 7 pm to 7 am. Please refer to the table below for the price reference:
| Visits: | Prices: | Additional information: |
| One visit per day: |

An optimal solution for cats who need overnight care, this option is 7pm to 7am as a general guideline. However can last longer upon request and according availability. Does not affect the price. |
* Please note that the prices above are final and include VAT.
* Important NOTICE: please keep in mind that skipping days in the catsitting request period are not acceptable and benefitial for your cat wellbeing.
Short description:
A catsitting visit in the the case of either single or two times per day usually lasts an hour each and includes cleaning of the cat area and food and water plates, tyding up the litter area, brushing if desired, playtime if the cat is active or just calm lap attention. The aim is for the cats to feel attended and comfortable and if they are a bit shy to provide a calm nurturing environment.
The overnight visit lasts from 7 pm to 7 am. It is great for cats who need more attention or some sort of medical care and are not used to be alone for long. Medicine administration during the catsitting period:
The catsitter has some experience with medicine administration to cats however please note that the catsitter is not a vet. Moreover if the cat/cats is not familiar with the catsitter that may cause unnecessary stress for the animal. If your cat needs medicine administration during the catsitting period, by filling the catsitting booking form you agree to provide highly detailed written (paper or digital) information for the medicine administration, vet contact details and cat carrier in case of an emergency situation. You also sign to respond regularly on the catsitter medical updates through WhatsApp and/or email. Owner's updates during the catsitter period:
The catsitter will send you pictures and updates on your cat/cats wellbeing during the catsitting period through Whatsapp or provided email in the booking request form according to your preference.
Since there is often a time difference please respond to the messages only if you wish and at your leisure.
A required timely response from you will be expected to a regular cat medical update, or if there is an emergency concerning your cat and/or your property during the catsitting visits.
Please have a set of backup keys and a local relative/neighbour/friend contact just in case if possible. You can fill these as additional information on the booking request form as optional.
Insurance and deposits:
Please note that as a self-employed individual the only insurance the catsitter can provide is in case of a key loss or any cat health related issue happened during the catsitting period subject to the catsitter negligence which of course will be best avoided. There is an upper limit of £500 covered by the catsitter in such a case. Fortunately that have never been needed before. It is the cat owner's responsibility to inform about any cat related health or behavioural issue in advance. Vet registration and home and pet insurance are highly recommended and are the cat owner's responsibility and duty.
Please note that this catsitting service is based on kindness, trust and aim for a great cat care. All payments excluding the booking deposit are done at the end of the catsitting period upon successful owner return and issuing an invoice. Any changes in the payment due to external circumstances i.e. not caused by the catsitter (e.g. earlier or later owner's return, cancellation, etc.) are calculated accordingly and are subject to the following conditions:
A fee of 10% is required to be paid in advance after booking confirmation. Please note that the fee changes status to non refundable up to 72h prior the agreed start of the catsitting period if the booking is made up to 30 days in advance.
It is recommended to book and pay the advanced fee as close to the catsitting period as possible prior the last 72 hours unless absolutely sure in your wish to reserve the dates way in advance.
In the later case, for a reservation of at least 2 months in advance, the fee is considered a reservation fee and wont be refundable in change of curcumstances if not amended up to 7 days prior the agreed start of the catsitting period.
The purpose of this is to organise the intense requests around the holidays and to avoid disappointment. The fee guatantees the catsitting commitment of the catsitter to the agreed period.
The rest of the payment is required at the end of the catsitting period by bank transfer or the methods below.
Please note that cash payments are NOT accepted.
The customers will receive a receit for the booking fee at the time of the booking confirmation and for the rest of the payment at the end of the catsitting period.
Please note that any additional recalculations due to change in circumstances on customers behalf which affect the agreed catsitting period (i.e. earlier arrival or delay due to flight cancellations) is recalculated accordingly from the remaining payment for the period and does not affect the booking fee which remains as agreed before that change over the previously agreed catsitting period.
Please consider that any unpaid catsitting periods or unreasonable payment delays at the end of the catsitting period and/or frequent changes in your initial booking requests may lead to a future catsitting services refusal.
